Question Why people need to motivated in Oder to be successful?

I don't believe in motivation but it's good and positive thing that we all somehow love..i would advice everyone to have a vision for themselves..that they wake up every morning because of that that they sweat because of that once you practice enough

It starts with the why then how then the what. Why do I want to succeed. How am I going to do it. What do I have to do. The why gives purpose for motives and desires.
