why self improvement is necessary?

  1. Believe in yourself
  2. Stop looking into the past.
  3. Never stop dreaming.
  4. Never give up on yourself; even if everyone (including family) does.
  5. Find 3 things in your professional life: an actual job, a hobby that motivates you to get up in the morning, and a hobby that provides pure entertainment.
  6. Learn to agree to disagree.
  7. Life isn't all puppies and rainbows. It needn't be in black or white either. Find your grey area (pun intended).
  8. Find the one thing that makes you valuable. And pursue that relentlessly.
  9. Take calculated risks. Even if they don't turn out the way you expected them to; you'll be happy that you took a risk.
  10. On that note, always remember that doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.
  11. If you make a choice; stick with it. You chose, now be brave enough to face the consequences.
  12. On that note, if you don't like something change it. It's never TOO late for a new beginning.
  13. Beginnings suck. Mainly because you are alone and scared. It gets better.
  14. The fact that you aren't where you want to be should be enough motivation to get there.
  15. Honestly, nobody's perfect. So, stop beating yourself up if you missed a day of working out or that meeting went disastrously wrong.
  16. Learn from your mistakes.
  17. Make sure your goal is actually where you want to be. When you reach the top; it only gets harder and lonelier. If it isn't what you want, that high won't last for long.
  18. An impression will speak for you louder than you ever could.
  19. People won't like you, just because of who you are. Let them criticize who they think you are. They don't deserve to know the real you.
  20. Never take advice from people who haven't been where you want to be. They're probably just as clueless as you are.

that is a very long list, is it humanly possible for anyone to follow this?

You don't have to follow everything. Definitely not all at once. Take one at a time. Try your best. Before you know, you will be able to follow all of them.
Like a wise philosopher once said- "If greatness was THAT easy, it wouldn't be worth it." ;)
