Question My laptop is not working.

My laptop is not working. Soon I turn it on, it says "diagnosing your PC" and then "Automatic repair cannot fix the problem". The alphabets keys are not working but number keys are fine. Its HP Pavilion.
The problem started after my toddler was pushing keys randomly.
Help me out please

Try repairing it with a compatible windows disc or better still run a new windows

yes windows 10. Inbuilt keyboard in Laptop

Ok, u hav to disconet the keyboard frm the pc. Clean it. Get something hard and hits the keys that ar not working
