Please guide my baby pimples on his hand

Aoa,
Any child specialist in the group?
My baby is 8 months old and he developed these kind of pimples on his hand..initially it was on one finger in the form of cluster and than spread to whole hand. Picture is attached in comments..what kind of pimples these are? And how to stop them from spreading as today one pimple appears on the other hand.
